Since graduating in Business Administration from Bath
University, she has had wide experience in setting up
and running personnel departments in small and medium
sized enterprises in distribution, catering, retail,
finance, farming and estate agency.
She has four years experience as a lecturer and guidance/support
tutor at City of Bath College and seven years in advice
work, specialising in employment law,
debt and welfare issues.
Jillian Tempo has a post-graduate Diploma in Human
Resources Management and is a Member of the
Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
